| The economical PMB Series Acoustical Panels are
lightweight and tackable. They offer moderate acoustical performance and are ideal for
display walls, schools, meeting rooms, copy centers, or in any area that requires
tackability with modest sound absorption.
Core:
Perforated Mineral Board (PMB) acoustical wall panels by Acoustical Resources, Inc.
are constructed of a single core of dimensionally stable, high density, perforated mineral
fiberboard. Standard core thickness is ¾". Other thicknesses available upon request.
Edges:
Edge Profiles available are: square, half bevel, bevel, kerf or custom.
Corner Profiles available are: square or radius.
Sizes:
Standard and Most Economical panel size is 48" x 120". Custom sizes are readily
manufactured. Industry standard tolerances are ±1/16" in width and length.
Mounting:
Mechanical Z clip and adhesive, hook & loop, concealed spline or custom.
Finishes:
An extensive selection of unbacked woven and nonwoven fabrics and vinyls are available
from our standard line. Most manufacturer's fabrics and C.O.M.'s can be applied if
approved by Acoustical Resources, Inc. prior to manufacturing. Finish is adhered to the
core face, edges and returned to the back of the panel. All corners are fully tailored.
Flammability: All panel components have a Class
"A" (0-25) Flame Spread rating per ASTM E-84.
